Service Cancellation
Photography and videography services are custom-created and personalized. Due to the nature of our services, standard return policies do not apply. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Cancellation Before Session
If you need to cancel your scheduled session:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund of any deposit or payment made
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Deposit may be retained, but we will work with you to reschedule if possible
Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an alternative date that works for both parties. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance are typically accommodated without additional fees.
Dissatisfaction with Delivered Work
If you are not satisfied with the final delivered images or video content, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and may offer:
- Additional editing or revisions to address specific concerns
- A reshoot session if technical issues occurred
- Partial refund consideration on a case-by-case basis
Technical Issues
In the rare event of technical problems that result in unusable content (equipment failure, data loss, etc.), we will:
- Offer a complimentary reshoot session
- Provide a full refund if a reshoot is not possible
Digital Products
Once digital files are delivered and downloaded, they cannot be returned. However, if you experience issues with file quality, format, or delivery, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
