We provide professional portrait photography and videography services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Booking and Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as agreed. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Intellectual Property
All photographs and video content created during sessions remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
- Providing accurate information during consultation
- Following any preparation guidelines provided
- Obtaining necessary permissions for location shoots
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content without permission
- Interfere with the website's operation or security
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
